If so, we are looking for you! Join the Plzeňský Prazdroj team as a Public Affairs Manager CZ&SK and become the driving force behind our activities in regulation, sustainability, and corporate responsibility.
What will be your main responsibilities?
• Strategy and Analysis:
o Preparing and implementing a Public Affairs strategy aligned with company goals.
o Analyzing legislative changes and their impact on the company.
o Monitoring the regulatory environment and creating actionable plans.
• Relationship Building and Communication:
o Managing relationships with key stakeholders in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the EU.
o Building partnerships with external organizations, NGOs, and associations.
o Representing the company in professional organizations.
• Project and Team Leadership:
o Coordinating projects in areas of responsibility and sustainability (e.g., packaging circularity and deposit return systems).
o Leading the Public Affairs and Corporate Responsibility team.
o Ensuring company activities align with principles of responsible business practices.
• GDPR Agenda:
o Acting as a data protection ambassador within Corporate Affairs & Communication.
o Coordinating GDPR-related activities and supporting GDPR process implementation.
What do we expect from you?
• University degree.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in Public Affairs, corporate relations, or communication.
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Independent, confident, and motivated personality with leadership abilities.
• Proven experience with regulations in the sustainability sector.
