If you tick all the boxes above, you should lead the Pilsner Urquell brand into the next chapter of its more than 180 years history! We are looking for an experienced and passionate marketer who would like to co-create the future of one of the most iconic brands on CZ and SK market and lead great brand team across two markets. As Senior brand manager you will co-create long-term vision for the brand and be responsible for turning it into actionable plan. You are owner of all the brand activities and campaigns, ensuring they are in line with strategy. You inspire and motivate agencies to give their maximum while maintaining a good relationship and inspire great collaboration cross-functionally across the company. Important part of the role is handling complexity of several projects, stakeholders and two markets, while being able to prioritize and keeping the clear goals for the whole team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver the Pilsner Urquell annual integrated commercial plan in both markets
  • Lead activity development and oversee execution in all consumer and trade touchpoints above market and category standards
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, incl. Advertising, promotions and sponsorships/events
  • Understanding the business context and situation on both markets, analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify further growth opportunities
  • Stakeholders management on different levels – ability to handle negotiations and buy-in across the company
  • Actively lead and participate in cross-functional projects beyond brand marketing
  • Agency management with all brand agencies – ensuring highest quality of outcomes, while maintaining good and productive relationship
  • Lead and develop diverse team of 6 people in 2 countries
  • Manage brand budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve financial targets
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance, providing recommendations for continous improvement

 

 

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Success record in marketing proven on multiple brands or categories
  • Proficient to expert level of operational marketing in its full scope and complexity (brand development, high reach media, online, PR, sponsorship, trade activation)
  • Creative, goal oriented and talkative person who´s able to handle different stakeholders in terms of negotiation and persuasion
  • Finance and business acumen
  • Fluent English and Czech
  • Active driver

 

Nice to have:

  • FMCG marketing experience
  • Experience working on global or strong local brands
