SENIOR BRAND MANAGER - GAMBRINUS

Key Purpose Statement:
The Senior Brand Manager for Gambrinus is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of selected group of brands' strategies and game plans with the support of respective managers. This role ensures the delivery of outputs required by corporate strategies while maintaining alignment within the brand teams, commercial, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
•    Coordinate the development and execution of brand strategies and game plans for the Gambrinus portfolio
•    Collaborate with respective managers to ensure alignment of brand strategies with corporate objectives •    Lead cross-functional teams to drive brand initiatives and achieve business objectives
•    Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and guide brand positioning
•    Manage brand budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve financial targets
•    Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and sponsorships
•    Monitor and evaluate brand performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:
•    Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, MBA preferred
•    5+ years of experience in brand management •    Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth.
•    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
•    Excellent analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
•    Exceptional communication and presentation skills
•    Fluent in English and Czech / Slovak
•    Driving license B

•    FMCG marketing experience
