Are you a great Key Account Manager who already handles the day-to-day management of business relationships and is looking for a new career step that will move you into a senior role? As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will star a key role in creating business strategies, optimizing business terms and conditions as well as building long-term partnerships with our key clients.

What's in store for you: 

  • Managing and building business relationships with key customers and regular meetings.   
  • Conducting negotiations on business terms and conditions and trade promotions. 
  • Managing of 1 Key Account Specialist 
  • Business planning, setting and delivering volume and profit targets. 
  • Managing budgets and finances for key customers, Accountable for financial KPIs. 
  • Creation and implementation of business plans (Promoplans, Joint Business Plans). 
  • Development and implementation of sales strategy in Key Account Management. 
  • Collaboration with colleagues from different departments (marketing, field force, revenue, finance, logistics)  
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales and performance, ensuring optimal business results. 
  • Liaising with the company's top management not only in presenting results

 

Must have:  

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in FMCG or other relevant sectors. 
  • Proven skills in negotiation and business strategy development, experience in creating promotional plans 
  • Ownership, team spirit, independence, agile, proactive approach 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills 
  • Fluent knowledge of Business English and Czech - ability to present results and strategic plans in English. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS office  
  • Driving license - group B 

 

Nice to have: 

  • Practical knowledge of trade marketing (both analyses and implementation - activities etc.) 
  • Proactive leadership – FE experience with at least indirect team management, leadership courses, etc.
