As the Strategic Planning and Project Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating the analytical aspects and cross-team cooperation of our Integrated Business Planning (Strategy Planning).
• Maintaining connectivity between Strategy Planning and Integrated Activity Planning.
• Supporting the Executive Committee in articulating, developing, implementing, and reviewing our corporate strategy with a focus on the commercial agenda.

We're looking for candidates who possess:

• Master's degree in economics, marketing, or statistics preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in a market-leading organization (preferably FMCG), Big 4, or management consulting.
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, BW, and data analysis.
• Experience in team management and strategy planning processes.

In addition to the above requirements, the following skills will be advantageous:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Understanding of strategic, commercial, and financial concepts.
• Project management experience with MS Project.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Effective leadership and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP Business Warehouse.
• Valid driver's license.
