SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Plzeňský Prazdroj Slovensko financial team would like to welcome a new colleague to the position of financial analyst for Marketing and Innovation. 
Do you want a new challenge? In the given role, your task will be to support colleagues with well-targeted advice in the areas of planning, strategic decision-making, and budgeting. With Prazdroj, you will also influence the market from a financial position and monitor the results of your work.

What will be the content of your work?

-    Recommending the right decisions not only from a financial point of view.
-    Administration of budgets for marketing costs, fixed costs, and investments in long-term assets; analysis and evaluation of the use of funds
-    Supporting the best possible allocation of funds and investment decisions and ensuring financial transparency 
-    Preparation of regular weekly and monthly analyses of the sales performance of individual channels and at the brand level
-    Serving to improve brand performance
-    Evaluation of ongoing planned activities
-    Calculation of business models for new products
-    Responsibility for the quality and availability of data, designing automation options
-    Streamlining the data processing of reports and analyses
-    Ad-hoc analysis and data collection across the organization 
-    Proactively building partnerships with various stakeholders across the organization
-    Constructively comment on business decisions
-    Participation in meetings to prepare new products, financial support, and subsequent evaluation 
-    Participation in internal projects

Your experience and skills:

-    University education 
-    Advanced knowledge of English
-    2+ years of experience in an analytical role (Full-time or part-time) 
-    Understanding Commercial finance, Business and strategic thinking 
-    Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications 
-    Analytical thinking, systematicity, consistency, and reliability 
-    Good communication and presentation skills 
-    Courage to communicate with colleagues of different seniorities 
-    Independence, responsibility, and innovation Flexible personality 
-    Ability to solve problems 
-    Team player 
-    The desire to learn new things and gain new experiences 
-    The possibility to work in offices in Bratislava for at least 50% of the working time 
-    Openness to travel several times per year 
-    Group B driver's license and Knowledge of FMCG will be an advantage for you
