As Operations Finance Manager...
...you work in Grolsch's Finance Business Partnering department. Together with your team you will ensure the financial well-being of the entire Integrated Supply Chain by making the right choices in this area on the basis of analyses that improve returns.  You manage a team of two Finance Business Partners who focus on distribution and production. Furthermore you think along with your team about determining the strategy on (medium) longer term and you are responsible for the total P&L of our production departments. 

More to do
- You are ultimately responsible for CAPEX (capital expenditures) and OPEX (payroll, material usage) budget control;

- You are responsible for setting cost prices for all of our SKUs, as well as setting export transfer prices;
- You enjoy looking for opportunities to optimize our internal processes and to ensure proper control over the entire supply chain.

What you bring
- A completed WO education in finance; - At least 7 years of relevant work experience in a business controller role;
- Excellent Excel skills, knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
- You have an affinity with Business Intelligence systems;
- You enjoy interacting with people and have an eye for deeper motivations;
- You have extensive experience with Stakeholder Management;
- You have leadership experience and feel comfortable in a leading role;
- You have good knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
