As the Quality Manager…
….. you are leading the QA & QC and production lab teams of Royal Grolsch. Your goal? To ensure and continuously improve our food safety systems and quality in our brewery. How? You will take the responsibility of the overall quality by guiding your team in monitoring quality requirements and processes from raw materials until our beautiful end-product. Your team will do so by optimizing and managing the achievements of suppliers of raw and packaging materials, monitoring quality within the production processes of Brewing & Packaging and testing and checking the final quality of the beers. You will be accountable for translating and implementing the company and department strategy. As Quality Manager you will report directly to the Technical Director and you will be part of the Management Team.
 

You will do this by:
-    Being a motivational leader in order to develop your QC, QA and production lab team;
-    Managing and obtaining the quality policy;
-    Optimizing and managing the quality systems and checkups;
-    Implementing and auditing the technical strategy of Asahi Europe and International – our mother company;
-    Coordinating and executing improvement projects; 
-    Managing change processes and ensuring that the Quality department is working in line with this method;
-    Optimizing and managing the achievements of suppliers of raw and packing materials;
-    Conducting internal safety audits;
-    Managing (food) safety, health and risks, by revaluating and setting up of standards in processes like: CIP/COP, quality evaluation processes (OK/NOK) , sampling and escalation routes.

What else will we find in your CV?
-    A completed university education, preferably in Food Technology;
-    At least 5 years relevant working experience within quality and technical related processes in FMCG;
-    Experience with leading a team is a must!;
-    You have an analytical approach and feel comfortable when it comes to systems and data.
