Demand Planning Manager!

 

 

How do you contribute tot he big picture?

You will lead our demand planning function, providing crucial inputs to both financial and supply planning processes. This position is key to aligning supply planning, sales, and the Operating Board on demand forecasts and volume execution.

 

We count on you for these tasks:

  • Gather inputs from sales, marketing, trade marketing, and revenue management.
  • Run demand planning processes, ensuring historical data and clean baseline figures are in place.
  • Provide tools, systems, and specific know-how to commercial and supply teams.
  • Ensure company strategies, promotional planning, and customer information are integrated into demand plan updates.
  • Maintain forecasting files and actively participate in forecasting tool development.
  • Facilitate meetings to provide the best promo/activity uplift estimations and ensure management alignment on demand plans.
  • Provide demand forecasts for budget planning cycles, incorporating long-term company plans and strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure the development of demand planning team members (2-person team).
  • Implement best practices to local level, representation of the company within HUB region.

 

 

These are necessary for successful work:

  • University or college degree in economics
  • Min 5 years relevant industrial professional experience (demand and/or supply planning is preferred), including at least 3 years’ leadership experience.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian both written and verbal.
  • Advanced MS Excel, Power BI (SAP, BW, Microsoft Access are a plus)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, collaborative, and influencing skills with an ability to communicate at all levels, along with the ability to engage in constructive challenging to drive improvement and innovation.
