We count on you for these activities:

• Contribute to effective manufacturing operation from financial perspective by preparing cost planning and reporting and cascades financial KPIs across the manufacturing team.
• Support the Plant Manager and the manufacturing organization with valuable financial insight, challenges them in terms of value creation and improve their financial capabilities.
• Provide timely and accurate management information support for decision making and actively support manufacturing projects.
• Providing the country manufacturing team with strong financial support through the planning and operational management process.
• Prepare the factory financial budget&forecast plan by following Group guidance.
• Ensure that the budget owners understand and adopt the right methodology, tools and templates, developing functional-specific planning tools and templates.
• Monitors the performance of manufacturing and variance against the agreed plan.
• Responsible for standard cost calculation, P&L and manufacturing cost analyses.
• Accountable for financial capability improvement within the Manufacturing Finance function.
• Participate in the capex business case preparation and tracking the country CAPEX investments.
• Manage inventory control and valuation.
• Complete reporting activities (month-end closing, quarterly, year-end).
• Evaluate and calculate the financial impacts of new projects/ initiatives.

You will need these skills for successful work:

• Economics or financial degree
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in controlling/finance area
• Experience within multinational / FMCG organization(s)
• Proficiency in English
• Intermediate to advanced user level for all Ms Office applications
• SAP, SAP BW, BI tools knowledge very important
• Database management experience
