Senior Compensation and HR controlling Specialist
How do you contribute to the big picture?
Are you interested in improving systems and working with modern HR technologies? In this role, you'll have the chance to support the development of HR processes and contribute to meaningful projects in an international environment.
We count on you for these activities:
- Independently manage paycost and headcount planning during budget and forecast cycles.
- Maintain and enhance efficient HR controlling and reporting processes to provide actionable insights for HR and management (FTE tracking, variance analysis).
- Prepare comprehensive compensation reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making, while contributing to the development of HR dashboards.
- Actively participate in regional projects, with a strong focus on digital transformation initiatives.
- Participating in job evaluations and compensation surveys (Korn Ferry, Mercer), conduct regular benchmarking, and support salary review processes to maintain market competitiveness.
- Continuously monitor and integrate HR best practices and emerging market trends.
You will need these skills for successful work:
- University/College degree preferably in Economics / Finance/HR
- At least 5+ years of experience in multinational business environment, with a strong focus on (HR) controlling and/or compensation.
- Experience in budgeting planning
- Advanced level Excel knowledge, and experience in database analysis, Power BI and integrated IT systems (preferably SAP)
- Intermediate level English knowledge (verbal and written)
- Fluent Hungarian knowledge (verbal and written)
- Excellent analytical/synthetizing and numeric skills
- Good interpersonal skills, cooperative attitude
