BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION TECHNICAL EXPERT

Main purose of the role:
Contribute and support to increase operational efficiency with standardizing, redefining, automating finance and up-down-stream end-to-end transactional processes and connected master data structures. Support change management in departments impacted.

Your principals responsibilities are:
•    Identity and manage resources for process improvement projects. Come up with ideas to optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements. Assist in planning and executing process improvement projects.;
•    Develop and implement proper documentation for Finance functions processes in form of SOPs and process flow;
•    Provide support in building business cases of major process redesign work and get support of key stakeholders;
•    Execute process optimization agenda cooperating with business super users and IT development teams.;
•    Provide tool kit and ad hoc support in deploying change management agenda;
•    Maintain and update all process related documents for reference purposes;
•    Facilitate knowledge transfer to business by identifying training needs and design training roadmap implementation.

We are looking for:
•    University Master degree;
•    Fluent in English and local language;
•    3+ years of work experience on area of process reengineering/optimization in a large organization;
•    Project management.
