Role Overview:

As a Customer Logistics Coordinator within the Integrated Supply Chain team, you will act as a key liaison between internal supply chain functions and Modern Trade (MT) customers. Your mission will be to ensure the smooth execution of the order-to-invoice process, support logistics efficiency projects, and drive performance through proactive collaboration, data analysis, and process improvements. This role requires both strategic thinking and operational focus to ensure customer satisfaction and cost-effective fulfillment.

 Responsibilities:

• Ensure flawless execution of the order-to-invoice process, including shipment tracking and invoice validation.
• Act as a key contact for MT customers in all logistics efficiency topics.
• Organize and manage customer meetings based on segmentation and action plans.
• Present KPIs such as VDOT, OT, IF, and propose customer-specific logistics improvements.
• Develop strong relationships with customers' logistics teams (warehousing, distribution, planning).
• Analyze customer feedback and coordinate continuous improvement actions.
• Propose sourcing models and logistics optimizations (truck filling, picking ratios, delivery times).
• Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Distribution, Warehouse, Planning, Sales) to align logistics priorities.
• Lead or support JVC projects (CPFR, VMI) to reduce costs, improve freshness, and reduce inventory/write-offs.
• Coordinate logistics for customer events or promotional campaigns.
• Develop reports and risk mitigation plans in collaboration with internal departments.
• Support implementation of IT tools and automation projects (e.g. EDI, automated pallet reception).

 Requirements (must have):

• University degree (technical background preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (Customer Service, Distribution, Warehouse, Supply Planning).
• Strong understanding of Sales & Supply Chain in the FMCG sector and RTM for retailers/distributors.
• Familiarity with JVC projects (e.g. Vendor Management Inventory).
• Advanced PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer.
• Experience working with SAP, WMS, EDI, TMS, PBI.
• Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and structured, analytical thinking.

Requirements (nice to have):

• Previous experience in Sales (preferably in FMCG).
• Experience in backhauling or logistics process customization (e.g. mixed pallets, half pallets).
• Understanding of customer satisfaction drivers (e.g. Advantage Survey).
• Experience in logistics cost analysis and scenario modeling.
