MODERN TRADE INFORMATION COORDINATOR - perioada determinata

Responsibilities: 

 

 

  • Supervise the service  invoice commitment in SAP  according to Modern Trade Contracts. Tracking the flow of  invoices to be paid and updating contracts in template by filter the received invoices depending on their eligibility for payment. 

  • Responsible for contracts management and budget controls for all KA contracts. 

  • Supervise allocation of cost by project, account for marketing costs, discounts and fixed costs. 

  • Tracking the budget for fixed cost , KA contracts, Brand activity, TPM  

  • Supervise execution of budget control in order that the actual costs posted to be in line with the budget. 

  • Responsible for  all systems procedures, methods and practices in order to receive their valid application. 

  • Created a  relevant reports and tools in line with job purpose.  

  • Providing in full, accurate data for the Intern Trade Audit regarding the valid data  of all Modern Trade placements according to contracts. 

  • Prepare and analyses quarterly PF's volumes status per account in collaboration with MT Sales Manager and MT Director . 

  • Analysis based on the reports, gap analysis and action plan to close gaps in collaboration with the Commercial Team. 

  • Create and deliver competitive intelligence report and insights generation. 

  • Responsible for SFAS accuracy reports, developing and coordinate the full process . 

  • Develop reports and analyses to support the Ursus Breweries management in collaboration with customers 

  • Manage the provision of necessary analyzes and recommendations on working with Key Accounts and relevant Ursus Breweries  work strategies 

  • Responsible for  the monthly target splited by SKU  level 

  • Responsible for  develop  the process , monitoring and implementing the sistem TPM  

  • Tracking the  promotions in TPM (Trade Promo Management) 

 

 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Minimum: university degree. 

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales administration and/or analysis / business intelligence (preferably in FMCG ). 

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written). 

  • Proficient with Microsoft office software with advanced excel skills. 

  • Proficient with SPA ECC, TPM, Nielsen, SQL-Jumbo, SFAS  

  • Financial Accountability and data analysis knowledge. 

  • Strong business orientation. 

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to recognize critical problems and opportunities. 

  • Ability to communicate with and understand the needs of business partners. 

  • Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. 

  • High attention to details.
