Role Overview:

  • Responsible for coordination of Maintenance Pillar implementation in the all Ursus breweries
  • Support local maintenance pillar teams in implementation of maintenance standards
  • Support for optimization of maintenance practices within breweries
  • Monitor maintenance KPI, provide reports on MTCE performance and recommendations to support decision making
  • Assist in development maintenance budget for each brewery and monitor expenditure to ensure compliance with budget
  • Provide training for local teams to ensure proper understanding of maintenance standards

 

Responsibilities:
Coordination of Maintenance Pillar program implementation:

  • Coordinate local PM teams to follow implementation program of Maintenance pillar
  • Ensure that the standards are implemented as per Asahi Way requirements
  • Evaluate progress and perform assessments of status of implementation 

Support local maintenance pillar teams in PM implementation:

  • Lead, motivate, and support local maintenance teams.
  • Participate to SIM3, SIM 4 and SIM 5 Maintenance meetings.

Monitoring and reporting maintenance KPIs:

  • Ensure that KPIs are properly calculated, reported and deviations addressed by local teams
  • Monitor maintenance performance metrics such as uptime, downtime, mean time between failures or stoppages (MTBF, MTBS), and mean time to repair (MTTR) for each brewery, identifying areas for improvement 
  • Initiate together with local teams corrective actions in case of deviations from agreed targets

Budget Management:

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings through optimization of maintenance processes, resource utilization, and vendor management, and track the resulting cost savings achieved across all factories.
  • Support local teams in development of maintenance budget with focus on critical production lines

Spare parts stock management:

  • Collaborate with local teams to optimize spare parts stock according to benchmark provided by Asahi standards.
  • Analyze and provide monthly reports about spare parts stock evolution.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce the stock value of spare parts (collaboration with suppliers for consignment, common stock for similar spares between breweries, etc)

Training Program Documentation:

  • Provide training and guidance for local team members in applying tools and standards.
  • Document the development and implementation of training programs for maintenance staff, including training materials, attendance records, and feedback mechanisms.

 

Requirements (must have):

  • Technical University degree (Mechanic or Automation engineer background);
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Experience in maintenance position min 2 years;  
  • Min. 3 years of proven managerial experience.
