POSM DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

You will be responsible for:

• Prepares the necessary data for designated POSM/Capex sourcing projects;
• Executes POSM/Capex acquisition projects;
• Supports Trade Marketing Department by performing all administrative tasks related with POSM/Capex Orders Placing, C-MAT processing, reservations for POSM consumption; Equipment creation, invoices payments, supplier management;
• Executes necessary administrative tasks related to Trade Marketing POSM/Capex projects unfolding;
• Maintains and timely issues reports on Purchase orders and spend for Trade Marketing Department and assists in the compiling various reports linked with department POSM and Capex purchasing activities;
• Works closely with different departments (Procurement, Finance & Accounting, Tax, Legal, Sales etc.) in various administrative or project based tasks;
• Supports department activity during other team members vacation or vacancy.

We are looking for:

• Studies: university degree;
• Experience: sourcing and transactional procurement preferred, experience with suppliers and order management, POSM development, POSM production;
• Very good command of Romanian (pronunciation, grammar, spelling, coherence, phrasing clarity);
• Foreign languages: English (grammar, pronunciation, spelling, coherence, phrasing clarity);
• Any other additional foreign language is a plus; 
• PC Skills: MS Office – mandatory at high level (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); SAP MM is a major plus.
