SALES SYSTEMS COORDINATOR

Role overview:
- Coordinates and ensures the functionality of IT systems used within the Sales community.
- Oversees the development process of these systems, secures the necessary budgets, and supports business cases during joint meetings with #digital.
- Provides training for IT system users and ensures the systems align with internal business processes.
- Delivers complete, accurate, and timely information for users.
Responsibilities:
Management and Optimization of Systems Used in the Sales Department Community:
- Manages the SFAS and EDI systems to ensure they meet and comply with business requirements.
- Implements promotion questionnaires in accordance with the Promotional Plan agreed with Trade Marketing.
- Ensures the integrity of data contained in IT systems, proposes corrective measures, and coordinates the remediation process.
- Ensures the accuracy of data transferred between the systems used (SFAS, SAP, iBase, CRM, FAR), performs quarterly checks, proposes corrective measures, and coordinates the remediation process.
- Identifies, develops, and implements user-friendly reporting, analysis, and business insights formats, both at a detailed level and a macro (national) level, to maximize the benefit of the information.
- Centralizes business needs for each IT system (either directly from users for SFAS or from System Administrators for other applications), drafts the project plan, develops the corresponding business cases and other templates required by the #digital team, and supports projects to secure approval and budgets necessary for their implementation.
- Coordinates project implementation teams (internal, integrated with external IT solution providers) to ensure adherence to the project plan and completion of activities within the approved timeline and budget.
Support and Control of Processes Used in the Sales Department Community:
- Provides support for updating processes and procedures within the Sales Department.
- Conducts periodic controls to identify process and system discrepancies, proposes corrective solutions, and coordinates their remediation.
- Coordinates business processes according to ongoing projects (e.g., Asset Inventory, Census, Price Collection, etc.).
Continuous Development of Business Skills and Teamwork:
- Provides support and training for the improvement of the Sales Force, onboarding of new employees, and continuous training of the Sales Development team regarding the use and understanding of the SFAS system and ongoing updates.
- Supports and coordinates initiatives for new IT applications.
- Consistently gathers feedback from system users regarding areas for improvement, optimization, and efficiency, identifies solutions, and proposes an implementation plan.
- Proactively collaborates with all company functions to achieve company objectives on time and at the expected level.
- Maintains good, constructive, and continuous communication with internal and external clients, the team, and Sales management.
- Supports team initiatives.
- Communicates progress toward objectives regularly and in an organized manner.
- Focuses on self-development and team development in line with business needs and company culture.
Requirements:
- Higher education: Yes, preferably in economics or IT.
- Foreign languages: Advanced level of English.
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and SAP.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales analyst position or a similar role.
