Role Overview:
This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of social media advertising, and a proven track record of delivering results through strategic campaign planning and buying.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives;
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform campaign planning;
  • Create comprehensive media plans, budgets, and timelines for paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others;
  • Work closely with in-house creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions;
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights;
  • Manage relationships with media partners, negotiate rates, secure ad placements, and track campaign delivery and performance;
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends, best practices, and platform updates in social media advertising to drive innovation and efficiency;
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization, and present findings to stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field;
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in social media planning, buying, and optimization, preferably in an agency or corporate setting;
  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) and best practices for campaign setup, targeting, and optimization;
  • Certifications in social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification) are a plus;
  • Advanced verbal & written proficiency in English.
