GROUP REPORTING COORDINATOR

Main purose of the role:

Manages the reporting process to Asahi Group by applying International Financial Reporting Standards, Group reporting policies and Company procedures regarding all Group Reporting deliverables and ensures maintenance of reporting tools.

 

Your principals responsibilities are:

•    Manages the reporting process to Group by applying International Financial Reporting Standards, Group reporting policies and Company procedures regarding all Group;
•    Reporting deliverables and ensures maintenance of reporting tools;
•    Translates statutory reporting to Group Reporting by adjustment of relevant accounts;
•    Preparation of monthly internal reports: Income statement Actual vs Budget vs Prior Year, Accruals & Provisions;
•    Performs monthly reconciliations: Intergroup P&L and Balance sheet, Fixed assets;
•    Ensure timely period closing process so that all required deliverables: sale volumes, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow will be submitted in due time to the specific recipients;
•    Hyperion (HFM) recording of all relevant information for budget reporting and quarterly profit forecast based on information provided by Operation and Commercial Finance departments for Ursus Breweries;
•    Manages the flow of information from the accounting service provider towards management accounting team, related to monthly adjustments recorded in order to apply IFRS and Group Reporting policies;
•    Ensure support in relation to all other deliverables to the Group: extract and check HFM data (without comments) for quarterly manual schedules for budget, PFs and Strat Plan reports;
•    Perform all necessary reconciliations for budget, PFs and Strat Plan reports;
•    Maintenance of statutory and group reporting chart of accounts: create / close / modify accounts;
•    Supervise that all fixed assets movements are according to IFRS principles and supervise the IFRS fixed assets register;
•    Supervising the monthly re-evaluation of the inter-group P&L accounts and BS accounts of suppliers/clients at the Group closing exchange rate;
•    Provides Ad - hoc information and reports to local management, HUB, internal and external auditors;
•    Supervises the process of Intergroup recharges;
•    Developing, implementing and maintaining internal systems and financial projection in relation to NWC; 
•    Extracting and providing NWC data for actual and comparing periods (prior year, budget, PF2) to business partners;
•    Coordinating NWC forecast process together with corresponding business partner.

 

We are looking for:

•    Post-graduate studies, specialization masters: ACCA qualification/ACCA student is an advantage;
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance;
•    Team player; able to work independently; results oriented;
•    Good understanding of accounting principles, regulations and fiscal implications;
•    Foreign languages: Fluency in English written and spoken;
•    PC knowledge: ERP, Office.
