BREWERY TRAINER

Role overview:
- Brewery Trainer identifies appropriate potential sources of competence within the brewery organization, within the country organization and external sources to ensure the functional competencies development of the operational according to functional strategy.
- Performs trainings based on developed competency, promotes and develops a culture oriented towards learning and development.
- Responsible to maintain up to date the legal certificates/permits database by assessing the needs and scheduling people to required trainings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an updated list of individuals who require specific training at the brewery level.
- Identify potential colleagues for competency development, prepare their development plan, and organize periodic meetings to monitor progress.
- Be part of the evaluation team for knowledge transfer to identify improvement opportunities in the learning and development process, as well as in the training tools used.
- Prepare the bibliography and individual training packages (e.g., Operating Instructions, Procedures, OPL, Operational Standards, etc.).
- Collaborate with functional departments to create and update training materials.
- Organize follow-up meetings to evaluate progress, record data, and inform relevant parties.
- Organize or provide support for preparing internal or external training sessions.
- Be responsible for monitoring legal certifications at the brewery level.
- Propose improvements for the tools used in the competency development process.
- Deliver specific training based on demonstrated competencies in production/logistics and act as a learning model for training others.
- Deliver training sessions according to the functional strategy.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of content for platforms/tools/systems intended for the digitalization of training processes.
Requirements:
- +3 years of demonstrated experience in a position of specialist and/or team leader in production/logistics.
- Practical experience on competence acquisition process, competence development.
- University degree - finalized or final year;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, open to digitalization;
- English – medium - advanced level.
